Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms apply to all bookings made and services provided by Travel Vaccines London, operating from Kings Pharmacy, 6 Chester Court, Albany Street, London NW1 4BU (GPhC reg. 1040534). By booking an appointment you agree to these terms.
1. Appointments
Bookings can be made online via this website. We will confirm your appointment by email. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances; where we do so we will give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative slot.
Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule.
2. Cancellations and no-shows
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient. Cancellations can be made by emailing hello@travelvaccineslondon.co.uk or calling 020 7935 7172.
Repeated no-shows without notice may result in us declining to accept future bookings.
3. Payment
Payment is taken at the clinic on the day of your appointment. We accept cash and most major debit and credit cards. Prices displayed on this website are indicative and subject to change — your clinician will confirm the price before administering any vaccine.
We do not currently offer refunds after a vaccine has been administered, except where required by law.
4. Health information and clinical decisions
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information at your appointment. Our clinicians will assess your suitability for each vaccine and may decline to administer a vaccine if they consider it clinically unsafe for you. This is a professional judgement made in your best interests.
Information on this website about vaccines and destinations is for general guidance only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult your clinician for advice specific to your health and itinerary.
5. Certificates
International vaccination certificates (including Yellow Fever) are issued by our GPhC-registered clinicians and are valid only for vaccines actually administered at this clinic. We cannot issue certificates for vaccines administered elsewhere.
6. Limitation of liability
We provide services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for:
- The accuracy of country-specific travel health guidance, which can change at short notice
- Adverse reactions that could not reasonably have been foreseen given the information you provided
- Entry refusal, travel disruption or any other consequence arising from vaccination requirements set by foreign governments
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
